Aluminum Pressure Die-Casting Lubricant

DYKOLUBE 302 NS is a water-miscible silicon-free die release agent for aluminum die-casting it contains a special high-temperature resistant additive package for the best performance and cleanliness of the die.

It is formulated for the Aluminum and Zinc die caster with complex detailed molds and is fortified with special corrosion inhibitors, and bactericides, to insure the long life of the product.

The good wetting capacity of the mold release agent ensures that a uniform film is formed in the die cavity and gives the die casting a bright and shiny surface.

DYKOLUBE 302 NS is suitable for producing high-volume castings weighing over 20 kg.

DYKOLUBE 301 D is a water-miscible mold release agent for aluminum die-casting it contains a particular high-temperature resistant additive package for the best performance and cleanliness of the die.

DYKOLUBE 301 D is formulated for the production of bright, clean parts in the casting of magnesium and Aluminum alloys.

It is fortified with special corrosion inhibitors and bactericides to insure the long life of the product.
