Rust Preventives

DYKOLUBE RP 111 W is a high-performance rust-preventive oil engineered with a special non-staining additive package. It gives a great protection effect in harsh conditions.

It is water-soluble and forms a polar protection layer on the metal surface which is a non-tacky oily film after dryness; can be removed easily and allows normal painting.

Solvent-based oil for short-term rust protection, up to three weeks. It evaporates within approximately 30 minutes and leaves a protective film with a dry and waxy texture.

It has high polarity providing excellent metal adhesion and dewatering effects providing excellent penetrating properties on the metal surface. It is stable between -40^oC and up to 180^oC.

Solvent-based oil for medium-term rust protection, up to six months. It evaporates within approximately 2 or 3 hours and leaves a protective film with a dry and waxy texture.

It has high polarity and dewatering effects. It is stable between -40^oC and up to 180^oC.

DYKOLUBE RP 666 is a medium viscosity, medium-term rust preventive oil, containing a special non-staining additive package.

It is recommended to protect cold-rolled sheet and coiled steel prior to processing and during storage from six to nine months.

It can be diluted in solvents for general purpose rust protection. It possesses strong polar and wetting properties; displaces water from the metal surface and forms a protective non-tacky oily film, which can be removed easily by alkaline cleaners.

DYKOLUBE RP 777 is a high-performance, medium viscosity, long-term rust preventive oil. It is engineered from highly refined base oils and a special non-staining additive package, to protect rolled sheets from rust and corrosion during storage and transport.

It possesses strong polar and wetting properties; displaces water from the metal surface and forms a protective non-tacky oily film, which can be removed easily by alkaline cleaners. It withstands the harshest conditions prior to processing and during storage up to twelve months.

DYKOLUBE RP 888 is high-performance medium viscosity long-term rust preventive oil. It has a special non-staining additive package recommended to protect workpieces from rust after wet machining prior to packing. It can withstand the harshest transport and storage conditions, for more than 12 months.

It possesses strong polar and wetting properties; displaces water from the metal surface and forms a protective non-tacky oily film, which can be removed easily by alkaline cleaners.

It can be applied by spray or immersion onto metallic parts, prior to inspection and packaging of produced pieces.
